Can I cancel my order?

    We start processing your order quickly which means we can't make any changes once it's confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
    However, you may be able to cancel your order within 1 hour and place a new one instead after the order is confirmed. Please reach out to customercare@zaamo.co
     

    Refund/Exchange, How does it work?

    The return and exchange policy on Zaamo varies from brand to brand. You can check this policy mentioned under each product details for different brands. If the particular brand allows a return/exchange, you need to get in touch with our customer care executive at customercare@zaamo.co within the given time period to process your return/exchange.

     

    Money has been debited, but I haven't received the order confirmation yet.

    Case 1: Amount debited but haven't received cashfree confirmation mail. - In this case the amount gets auto refunded in your account within 7-10 working days, if it doesn't kindly reach out to our customer care at customercare@zaamo.co
    Case 2: Amount debited, cashfree confirmation received but zaamo order confirmation not received/. - In this case kindly wait for 24hrs to get the order confirmation and if you still don't receive it, kindly reach out to our customer care at customercare@zaamo.co

     

    Can I amend my order details after placing it?

    Once you've placed an order, you cannot change/amend the details of your order such as Address, Contact No, Size, etc.

     

    How long does it take to get the refund credited?

    Once the refund has been initiated from our end, it takes about 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
